Shipping policy

At Hummus Elijah, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal products. To ensure your gourmet ingredients arrive in peak condition, we have established the following shipping standards.

1. Processing Times

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Fresh Items: Orders containing fresh products (like Pita or fresh Hummus jars) may be held for dispatch on specific days to avoid weekend transit, ensuring maximum freshness.

• Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

We ship nationwide across the Philippines with the following estimated timelines:

• Metro Manila: Same-day or Next-day delivery available via local courier partners.

• Luzon: 2–4 business days.

• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days.

3. Local Pickup (Makati City)

You can skip the shipping fees by choosing In-Store Pickup at checkout.

• Location: 5059 P Burgos Street, Makati City.

• Timing: Your order will usually be ready within 2–4 hours during business hours. You will receive an email/SMS notification when it’s ready.

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over ₱2,500 (Metro Manila only).

5. International Shipping

We are delighted to share our Middle Eastern flavors globally.

• We currently ship to selected international destinations.

• Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Packaging for Freshness

To maintain the "VIP" quality of our spices and oils, we use premium, eco-friendly cushioning and airtight seals. Fragile items like Glass Jars (Tahini/Hummus) are double-wrapped to prevent any breakage during transit.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s journey directly through our carrier’s portal.
