Suggested Use
For 1 kg of meat:
* 2 tbsp Hummus Elijah Adobo Style Seasoning Blend
* ½ cup soy sauce
* ⅓ cup vinegar
* 1 cup water
Simmer until the meat is tender. Add the vinegar towards the end of cooking and continue simmering until the sauce has reduced to your preferred consistency. Serve with rice.
